- Order
- Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all details about products, price, billing, and delivery address.
- If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately by email at moaedvin@gmail.com.
- Delivery
- Our normal delivery times are 3-7 days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

Unclaimed package
When the package has been delivered to your postal agent, you must collect it within 14 days. Shipments not collected in time will be returned to the sender. If you do not collect your package in time, I reserve the right to charge you a late fee of SEK 150. For new delivery, you will also be responsible for the new shipping cost.
- Prices
- All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.
- We reserve the right to change prices caused by price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.
- Right of withdrawal
- When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the time you receive an ordered item.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal: - You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notification must be sent to us at moaedvin@gmail.com. Your name, address, email address, order number, and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated in your message.
- You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notification.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost, return shipping cost, delivery, and condition of the products upon return; therefore, the products should be well-packaged and in their original packaging.
- On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the item if the product is used or damaged.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to: -
Custom-made products, which have been specially tailored for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes. This also applies if, for example, I have changed the color of rings or changed the hanging device on the jewelry.

- We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the defect free of charge.
- You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
- The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
6.1 How to proceed with a complaint: - Any errors and defects should always be reported to moaedvin@gmail.com, where you state your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.
- If we are unable to remedy the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
- We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.
- Limitation of liability
- We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
- We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from suppliers.
- Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

- We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and for the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately reproduce the exact appearance of the products as some color differences may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always try our best to display the products as accurately as possible.
