Refund policy
We have no return policy.
Since we sell handmade products we do not accept returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item is broken, reach out to us within 48 hours after the product is delivered, via email with photos of the damage, to get a refund or a new, similar product. If you write to usafter 48 hours you can only get a 50% refund.
