i do not accept responsibility for packages that go missing. should your piece arrive broken, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the damage. i can send a replacement piece or issue a refund. if it’s arrived broken but you’re letting me know after 48 hours, you will have the only option of a 50% refund.
